She is a registered psychotherapist in Canada and licensed with the College of Psychotherapists in Ontario (CRPO). She brings extensive experience from the medical field, having worked in psychiatry for many years in Germany, as well as from her psychotherapy practice in Toronto. Throughout her career, she has treated adults, children, and adolescents using CBT. Halle has received specialized training in CBT, with a particular focus on treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Tammy Paul has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with a focus on addiction and abuse, as well as a degree in Social Work. With 26 years of experience working with teenagers and individuals with ADHD, she emphasizes trust, empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to growth and change in therapy. She often uses CBT, a structured, goal-oriented approach that addresses the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. By collaborating with and helping clients identify negative thought patterns and develop practical coping strategies, she aims to enhance resilience, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals to take control of their mental health and experience lasting positive change.
Hedie Habibnia is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition. With over a decade of experience, she has been committed to counselling patients in preventing and managing chronic diseases.
Kimia Marandi is a Psychology student who recently graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BSc. in Psychology and minor in Biology. She plans to begin her Master's in September 2025 and is deeply passionate about promoting mental health and helping individuals overcome obstacles, build resilience, and cultivate emotional well-being. As the clinic's coordinator, she works closely with our team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for our clients, helping to create an environment where everyone feels heard and cared for. As a future therapist, her primary objective is to provide unwavering support to each individual while creating a safe and non-judgemental space where they can openly express their thoughts and emotions.
