psychotherapy in Ontario and with added experience in psychiatry in Munich/Germany, she is committed to an excellent treatment outcome for adults and children.
For children, she involves parents in the therapy to enhance the treatment outcome. She believes in a strong foundation which starts at home. She successfully helped many families and their children who suffered from severe anxiety and depression.

Our Therapy
Anxiety and Mood Disorder
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common mood dysregulations that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
We offer one-on-one therapy sessions, and in addition for children and adolescent teens (<18 years), we offer group therapy programs that are covered under OHIP. For the latter, a doctor's referral note is required.
Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents
Many children and adolescents can experience symptoms associated with anxiety, hopelessness, peer pressure, and social expectations. We can help your child overcome these symptoms and help parents to guide their children through the process of healing. We offer one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions. The first step is to arrange and attend a 1 hour psychotherapy assessment with Halle Sailer to determine which kind of therapy will be suitable for your child or your adolescent.
Parental Counselling / Relationships / Marital Counselling
We offer sessions and workshops for parents to assist their children to overcome situations when they feel anxious or depressed. Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Marital therapy sessions are a safe place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. We offer parent/couple therapy by appointment. Please contact our office.
